Does the Open Source Support Center provide emergency support only?

As a customer of credativ, you receive far more, than support that is only limited to pure emergency support. Unused support hours for Open Source support can be exchanged for other credativ services.
In this way, as a credativ customer, you receive additional benefits, even if no support is required, and can exchange the unused support hours for other services like optimizing system security and quality, or balancing at peak loads.
Seperate projects can also be carried out under an existing service and support contract.
Our service and support agreements are independent of factors such as the number of users, servers, or CPUs and offer you the highest degree of flexibility and reliability.
